
My Approach
My approach utilizes an integrative process using several evidence-based treatment modalities, including parent support and trauma informed care. I draw largely from the principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, due to its flexibility and empirical support, and Positive Psychology, with its emphasis on strengths and nurturing overall well-being.
I use mindfulness and self-compassion strategies heavily in my practice. Within these approaches, is my deep appreciation for development.
We are all on a unique journey based on our experiences. It is my goal to work collaboratively with clients so they can learn, heal, and grow into the best versions of themselves. We will work together to identify meaningful and effective strategies for change. I am an ally and promote equity, kindness, and safety in my practice.
