Meyer Therapeutics
My name is Dr. Lauren Meyer. I am a Licensed Psychologist based in Tucson, Arizona. I provide in-person and tele-therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults (18 - 22). I am an Arizona native! I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University (Go, Devils!), my Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice - City University of New York (Go, Bulldogs!), and my PhD in School Psychology from the University of Arizona (Go, Wildcats!).
I completed my pre-doctoral internship training with the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. I completed a post-doctoral fellowship with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research and the Sun Prairie Area School District in Madison, Wisconsin. I am a Licensed Psychologist (AZ & WI), Nationally Certified School Psychologist, a certified Arizona School Psychologist, and a credentialed Health Service Psychologist. I am an authorized PSYPACT® Provider, and can provide tele-therapy sessions to clients outside the state of Arizona. To confirm availability, click here. I am a faculty member at the University of Arizona, where I train future psychologists. I continue to engage with the community through advocacy work and collaborate with colleagues through research. My training focused on assessment, consultation, and therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. I love working with this age group; there is so much learning and growing in this season of life. Having conducted evaluations, therapy, and consultation services in diverse settings, I am very familiar with the importance of rich collaboration between practitioners, clients, families, and educators.

In my free time, I love going on adventures with my husband, our daughter, and our miniature schnauzer, Harley!
